Tilt your paper?

You need something other than Word if we are talking much text. You can use
Word Art to do some interesting things. Insert Picture WordArt.

One interpretation could be to format it as italic, but if you're wanting
text at an angle (other than 90 degrees), you'll need to use WordArt or
another application.
