When creating a template using a drop down, can you have 3 or 4 different
sheets that will pull up depending on the selection of the drop down? If a user selects drop down A it takes them to move If a user selects drop down B it takes them to fly If a user selects drop down C it takes them to zoom If this possible, this way I do not have to create 4 different documents. |

Hi ?B?TWljaGFlbA==?=,
Can you do this in Word without using VBA? No. I have never used VBA before, is it hard to use? It sort of depends on how you think; for some people it's difficult, for other not so. In this case: When creating a template using a drop down, can you have 3 or 4 different sheets that will pull up depending on the selection of the drop down? If a user selects drop down A it takes them to move If a user selects drop down B it takes them to fly If a user selects drop down C it takes them to zoom If this possible, this way I do not have to create 4 different documents. It depends on how fancy you want to get. Where did you imagine this dropdown should appear? In the document? On a toolbar? In a separate dialog box? Also, you need to check whether having macros is going to be a problem in the environment you're targeting. Macros will trigger macro security. Depending on this setting, the user may get a prompt, or the macro may not run at all. If you're working in a corporate environment, check with your IT department how they handle macros in Word (or Office, generally).
