Uhm....
"page" has little meaning to Word although it means a lot to us humans. If the document is protected for forms, you have to uprotect it to put anything outside of form fields. (And form fields won't hold a manual page break, which is a very good thing.) You can have unprotected sections. What, exactly, are you trying to do? Why? What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form."
