why doesn't my certificate authenticity number work?
i am trying to open words and the computer is asking for the certificate
authenticity number. When I try this, it says the number is not correct. What should I do? |

Did you double check the numbers/letters you're entering?

Are you sure you're using the right one? You need the one for Office, not
Windows, and if you have Works Suite installed, you'll need the one for that even if you've subsequently installed Office (Office doesn't overwrite the version of Word installed by Works Suite). -- Suzanne S.
