I have used Tracking Changes in a large document and am now ready to
accept/reject all changes. However, when I open the Accept/Reject dialog box
the buttons are all dimmed and the changes are neither accepted or rejected
by using the Reviewing Tool Bar and there's no access to the "Accept All"
Option. I'm using Office 2000 Small Business.

On the Reviewing toolbar, click the arrow beside the Accept Change button
and choose "Accept All Changes in Document" from the menu. If you have only
specific reviewers' changes displayed, you can also choose to "Accept All
Changes Shown."

If the buttons are all dimmed, somebody might have protected the document.
Go to Tools and see whether "Unprotect Document" is showing. If it is,
select it.
