(Note: you should write your question in the box provided,
not in the subject line. Please always include which version of Word you're using) If this is Word 2002 or 2003 you have to copy the first label to the other labels before executing the merge. On the mailmerge toolbar, use the "Propagate labels" button. In the Wizard, there's a link in step 3 or 4 to do this.
