I have a scanned image that I need to edit. Is it possible? It would save me
a lot of time. The orignal was a pdf file that I used on another project.I have it in pdf and word. But it is a scanned image in both. I need to change a little of the info. I dont want to retype it for a few minor changes. |

The only way you can edit a .pdf file is if you have the full version of
Acrobat or some other third party software that will convert it to Word. -- Carol A. Bratt, MCP "lsuwingman" wrote: I have a scanned image that I need to edit. Is it possible? Thank you Carol. I have downloaded a couple of programs on a trial status
but the conversion didn't work. You can only edit graphics with a graphics editor. You may be able to
produce an editable text version of the document with OCR software (Finereader is arguably the best) but it will be a lot of work to get an *exact* copy. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org lsuwingman wrote: Thank you Carol.
