used a template and the Word to do text and pix...looks fine on screen but
when I do it for web view it is all messed up when it is emailed. I tried
doing it in print view and it prints great but emails all messed up to...I'm
a real beginner.....

html and Word documents have entirely different formatting requirements. If
you want the format to be seen as you sent it, then the only sure way is to
send it as an attachment in PDF (or other graphical) format - for which
you'll need additional software.
