We're trying to create a ToC with info to look like this
Chapter 1 Title........1 101 Title...............1 102 title...............2 Chapter 2 Title.........3 201 Title...............3 202 Title...............4 Our Chapter heads are set up like this Chapter 1 (line break) Title Section 101 (line break) Title How can we set-up custom to get both lines? |

Great link, but something I couldn't find was how to suppress the line feed
she showed. I.e. the text to appear in the TOC entry is on two different lines In my case the two entries have two different styles (imposed on me) but I still need them to show up together on the same line.
