Default Cannot drag or maximize Word

I can minimize and restore Word when it's open, but cannot drag the
opend window by the border and, when maximized it only fills the lower
70% of the screen. It fills right to left, but does not go all the way
to the top. Any ideas appreciated

The first thing I'd try would be "Detect and Repair" from the Help menu.

The next thing I'd try would be to delete the Data key from the Registry,
