in my records i have loans with different transaction codes. each loan has a
counter tied to it. Is there a way to use this counter to possibly print the records for each loan on the same page. i have read about the Next Record but thats not working out too well. can you use loops in word? because im thinking of a while loop to scroll through the counter and print the records for each loan |

You are trying to perform a "multiple items per condition (=key field)"
mailmerge which Word does not really have the ability to do: See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...faq1.htm#DBPic Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;211303 http://www.knowhow.com/Guides/Compou...poundMerge.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
