Default Convert Large Word File to PDF file

I need to put my 300 page dissertation (that is a word document) onto a CD as
a PDF file. I have XP Professional and Office 2003. How do I do this? Do I
need to purchase something special?
Please Help!

Neither Windows XP Pro (an operating system) nor Office 2003 have the
inherent ability to generate PDF files. For that you need a program such as
Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) or one of the others on the market.

You might try Googling for them or checking some of the vendor sites.

Good Luck |:)

This requires a separate program. If all you need is a pdf file, look into
CutePDF which you can download for free. It does not have all of the
features of commercial programs, but it does produce a pdf file.
