Default How do I delete 'enter' between 2 words in a sentence?

I have copied the content of a mail to a word document (Word 2003). As a
result the paragraphs do not extend to the full length of the word document
page setup. Also every first word in each line has the green underline
indicating that the first letter has to be captialized. Without manually
using the delete and space keys I want the para to be aligned as per the word
documents setup. Please let me know if this can be done if so how?
