Hello
I am inserting fields into a document and I am using Title, first name and last name. When I enter the fields I want a space between them and the only way I can find to do this is to add the field, close the box and then reopen it and add the next field. Is there a quicker way? Thank you |

Isn't this a real pain! I just add all the items one after another - Title,
Initials, Surname, Address1 etc - and then close the box. After closing you can click between the chevrons and add spaces. However, iyou can use the Address Block and match the items with Microsoft's titles. I don't really find this any quicker, however. Does this help? -- Rae Drysdale " wrote: Hello I am inserting fields into a document and I am using Title, first name and last name. If you want to do it the "old" way, you can add the Insert Merge Field menu
to your Mail Merge toolbar. See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/E...MailMerges.htm -- Suzanne S.
