Often time I find myself wasting time individually accepting tiny blocks of
acceptions or deletions in a redlined text. This is tedious work. I think there's a way to accept all changes in a document. What if I don't want to accept all changes? I think a better way would be to highlight a block of text and right-click. There should be an option to accept or reject all changes within that block. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Hi ?B?VHhMYXd5ZXJpbkRhbGxhcw==?=,
Often time I find myself wasting time individually accepting tiny blocks of acceptions or deletions in a redlined text. This is tedious work. I think there's a way to accept all changes in a document. What if I don't want to accept all changes? I think a better way would be to highlight a block of text and right-click. There should be an option to accept or reject all changes within that block. You don't mention which version of Word you're using, but... I can do exactly what you suggest, using Word 2003 and the accept/reject buttons in the Reviewing toolbar.
