Field Codes disapearing During a mail merge
During a mail merge, I have a field code of DATE ,TOC in the body and Page
numbers in the footer. Priror to the mail merge all fields are visable, and can be toggled. after the mail merge Date and TOC disapear and can not be toggled only the Page numnbers in the footer can be toggled? any ideas? |

Many fields are unlinked during a mail merge. See WD2000: "Bookmark Not

Field Codes disapearing During a mail merge
I've tried it with no luck,
I do not get the error indicated and I save the document to a file , it does not print until i request it at a later time, ( in case somthing needs to be added at the last minute!) this is why i need to be able to update the TOC.
