With the ruler turned on, the outer edge of the right hand grey shadowed area
across the top of the page is inset from the right edge of the paper. As a
result the right margin is inset from the right end of the shadowed area
rather than from the edge of the paper. How do I reset this.

I have checked that the page is set for 8 1/2 x 11 and that the scale is in
inches.
