Dear Word Users,
My search has been in vain so far for a way to wrap text in Word when I cut and paste from, say, Notepad or an e-mail. The sentences jump around like this. Is there a "word wrap" function somewhere on Word similar to what you find in Notepad? Any, all help greatly appreciated. B |

Hi B,
Yes, there is a way to wrap text in Word when you paste from Notepad or an email. Here's how:
Alternatively, you can also use the "Paste Special" function to wrap the text. Here's how:

The problem is that such text has paragraph marks at the end of each line.
You can use AutoFormat or Find and Replace to clean it up, or display non-printing characters and delete them yourself. "Bob" wrote in message ...
