how do i add a signature line in word so when writing a letter i don't have
to keep typing out the whole thing? thanks Rachel |

It sounds as if you need a template. See:

I would suggest you create an AutoText entry. Type your signature line(s),
highly them, select Insert AutoText AutoText, given your signature line a name (e.g. MyAddress or something like this), then click Add. In the future, when you need this signature line, access it via AutoText.
