Tracking Changes in Word....question on features
When you turn "track changes" on in a Word document it comes up with the
changes in a balloon off to the side of the page. I was wondering if there was another way to track them without using the balloon. I want to keep comments in the balloons off to the side, but not changes. Can someone help me with this? |

Tracking Changes in Word....question on features
On the Tools menu, click Options. click the Track Changes tab. In the
"Use balloons" box, choose the "Only for comments/formatting" option. Word will show insertions and deletions in the body of the document, but comments and formatting will show in balloons. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Heide" wrote in message ...
