Default Tracking Changes in Word....question on features

When you turn "track changes" on in a Word document it comes up with the
changes in a balloon off to the side of the page. I was wondering if there
was another way to track them without using the balloon. I want to keep
comments in the balloons off to the side, but not changes. Can someone help
me with this?

On the Tools menu, click Options. click the Track Changes tab. In the
"Use balloons" box, choose the "Only for comments/formatting" option.
Word will show insertions and deletions in the body of the document,
but comments and formatting will show in balloons.
