Default HOW TO SAVE NEW AUTOTEXT ENTRIES AS DEFAULT TO ALL DOCS IN 2003

I created new Autotext Entries in Word 2003 and closed the program. Upon
reopening Word and working on another / new doc, these autotext entries are
gone? I have saved it under the Normal Global Template and All active
templates but it still happens. In previous versions of MS Word, Autotext
Entries added were always avail for any docs you work in. How do I now get
these new entries to be defaulted to all word docs without manually copying
from a previous doc to the next (time consuming!) - how can a "better"
version make things so complicated or am I just being "blond"?

Note that the available AutoText entries also depend on the language
at the insertion point. See the following articles:
