Default Autocorrect, Word 2000, Windows XP Home

When I try to add an entry to Autocorrect, the "Add" tab stays gray, as if
the list is full. I have deleted other entries to "make space" so to speak,
but without success.

Do you have an entry in both the "Replace:" and the "With:" controls?
