The mail merge envelope address block puts a space before the name on the
first line. Why does this happen, and how do I eliminate this in all the envelopes? I'm using Microsoft Office Word 2003 (version 11, I think). |

It is presumably a space following a missing title field. The simplest way
to eliminate unwanted spaces is to forget the address block and insert the required separate fields - http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Callilady wrote: The mail merge envelope address block puts a space before the name on the first line.
