Hi ?B?V2lsbA==?=,
Have set up an extensive address book in access 2003,when I try a mail merge in word 2003 the order of the fields that comes up in the mail merge recipient dialog box is always different to the address book order and I have to rearrange them manually.Annoying! Is there a way to reset the default setting so that the dialog box appears in the right field order? No, unfortunately. It's a PITA.
