I have a Word2003 merge document that gets its data from an Access2003
query. It always open another instance of Access even when Access is already open. The Acees2003 database is password protected and you need to enter your user name and password to open the second instance. This occurrs even if we open it from within Access. The second instance closes when you close the Word Document. Is there a way to recognize that the Access2003 database is already open and prevent opening another instance of the database? -- Jeff Byrd |
