I would like to use Word in Office XP to mail merge onto "4-up" laser
postcards. I am using this for a mass mailing in the real estate business. Anybody know how i can set up word so that the mailing list will print out for addresses in the appropriate spots on the 8 1/2 x 11 sheet that comprises my "4-up" postcards? |

Use a "label type" mailmerge and select a label format that matches your
postcard stock. Also, see the article "Mail merge to labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at: http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Lisa" wrote in message ...
