Is there log of DATES for changes in a WORD file?
If you click on file, properties, statistics for a Word document. you get
info about the file. This includes date created, date last modified, and the date of the last printout. How do you access more detailed info about the number of revisions and editing time? Is a log accessible for this more detailed info about the Word document? The track changes under the Tool menu was not enabled for this Word document. Thanks--STS |

No. Track Changes is the only "logging" feature that retains times of
alterations. If it wasn't turned on, that information wasn't saved anywhere. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
