sr32.dll is a Hewlett Packard printer driver. Try removing and reinstalling
the printer. If it still doesn't work, download the latest version of the driver from HP. There are also viruses that exploit sr32.dll: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ven...deskproxy.html "Anup" wrote in message ... Hi,
I have the same problem. The error message is: AppName: winword.exe AppVersion: 11.0.6568.0 ModName: sr32.dll Offset: 0001b399 I restarted the machine, reinstalled the printer drivers and check against virus and spyware and the error continues. The printer is a HP2600n Color printer. I have XP SP2 with all patches installed and Office 2003 in the same conditions. Any help will be very appreciated. Regards.
