Default picture on top of another picture

how do I set up a picture as a bacground on top of another picture and still
be able to see both pictures?

hi AlbaAngeles,

By definition, backgrounds go behind the foreground, not in front (or on
top) of it. Try clicking on your background picture and:
.. using Format|Picture|Layout|Square to make it a floating picture (you can
reposition it if it moves), then
.. right-click the picture and choose Order|Send to Back (or maybe even just
Send Backwards one or more times)
