Has anyone else experienced this?
A client is using WinXP/Word 2003 on a Windows Terminal Server. Over the past year, everytime the company pushes out a Msoft security patch and/or a WINS Upgrade the margins in all existing documents get smaller. He then has to go into each document separately and reset the margins and readjust formatting. His default printer is an HP8150. This does not get changed during the upgrades. We checked the tools, addins - the document is based on the Normal.dot, the automatically update document styles is not selected. Could this have something to do with using the TS? Or are there any other settings in Word to check? -- maryj |
