Hello,
After installing the Office 2007 Beta, I have had the following problem with Word. When I create a new document, the text on screen appears fine€¦ the text is precisely how I composed it. When I select Print Preview, the document appears fine there also. However, when I print my document the hard-copy appears in the upper portion of the page at about 10 €“ 15 percent of the original size. The work-around that I have found is to open an older document composed in Office 2003, and paste my new document into it. This allows me to print as I wish: a full and complete page. Is it possible that my normal.dot template is corrupted? This has never happened to me while I have used Word 2003 in the past. I am running a clean installation of Windows XP Professional with the current drivers for my HP LaserJet installed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Michael |
