Hello,

Is it possible to get text from an template that has been modified into a
Document based on the template.
What I mean is this.
I have a document x.doc based on a template y.dot. This template has been
modified and some text added to it (say for example a new Table). Can I get
this new text (table) in the x.doc document in any way?

Create a new document based on the revised template and insert or paste the
old document into it.

In addition to Suzanne's suggestion, you could, in the revised template,
save the table as an AutoText entry which would then be available for
insertion in old documents still attached to the template.
