I'm trying to add a new supervisor to an existing organizational chart in
Word 2003. When I open the Organizational Chart toolbar, all the selections are grayed out. Do I really have to start all over?! I did not create this chart originally. |

Are you selecting an existing box in the chart that the new position is
relative to? IOW, if you are adding Joe Blow's Supervisor, select Joe Blow's box *first* - a position in the chart must be selected so the list knows what options to offer. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "quovadis" wrote in message ...
