I use the Variables function in WordPerfect to quickly create a series of
documents that are identical in look and feel, where only a few items need to be replaced in each document. I only have to change the variables once, and the changes cascade all the way through the document automatically. Its very easy to set up and use. Is there something similar in microsoft word?
