When I attempt to enter a comment in a Word 2003 document, the comment field
appears with my editing ID on the right-hand side and the comment on the left. As I enter text, it seems to be right aligned and becomes erratic with punctuation. |

Go to the Format menu. Select "Styles and Formatting." A panel will appear on the right. Move cursor over the box at the top titled "Selected text." A menu pull-down arrow will appear. Pull down the menu and select "Clear formatting." Now your comment box should read left to right. This was never a problem for me before, but now it is. I have to repeat this procedure for each comment box. Just one more maddening thing about Word 2003.
