Default Can I set up a report in Word using imported data

I would like to create a report using imported data where all records are
shown on the same page/pages. Mail merge shows each name on a separate page.

Mailmerge puts each name on a separate page only if you set it up that way.
Read Help on using MailMerge to create a catalog or sheets of labels for
techniques for using merge to create 'reports'.

When you create your main doc you want to use the Directory option under
Select document type on step 1 of the Mail Merge Task Pane.
