No. The entire speech features have been removed from Office. Windows is
taking up this technology. The voice stuff is integrated in the Tablet PC OS, and you should also find it in Vista (in some of the many editions). I've read reports of people using this successfully with Vista Beta 2. At this point, no one is really sure how to get this back on non-Tablet WinXP. There seems to be a way, but there isn't any documentation available on how to do this (yet, hopefully). We are hoping for Microsoft to provide some documentation soon.
