I'm trying to format the table of contents for my thesis. I have to have a
heading on the second page that says "Table of Contents - Continued". I don't know how to do this--I tried using a header, but then it ends up in all of the pages of this particular section. The only way I can think of doing it is to split up each page into its own section, number continuously (the pages of this section are numbered in roman numerals), and type the headings as headers for each page. Frankly, this sounds like a huge pain--is there an easier way? Thanks. |
