Default Moving captions

We originally thought we wanted the captions below our tables and figures in
our document. However, now it's been decided that they should be above the
tables/figures. Is there any way to change this automatically for all
captions, or am I stuck going through manually?

Default Moving captions

Just bumping...hoping someone might have a reply to this today, since our
document is going out soon - otherwise I will be spending tomorrow manually
rearranging captions!!

TIA.
