How do you remove the balloons but keeping tracking on?
Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document will give
you a fresh start to tracking. If you mean you want markup in some format other than the balloons, disable balloons on the Track Changes tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
