Default Word 2000 vs Word 2002

We are trying to convince management that Word 2002 is better than Word
2000. Where can I find a list of the updated features for 2002?
Thanks!!

It may not be better from a management point of view. It essentially does
the same job, and some things are done differently so there will be training
implications. In particular mail merges can be problematic. In any case Word
2003 is the current version. The management would need some convincing that
this was a financially sound update.

If Total Cost of Ownership is important for management, please also
consider the free OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org) or the
commercial version StarOffice.
Both are compatible with MS Office.
