This week, whenever I open Word, it is set at 162 percent zoom and I have to
change it to 100 percent. What happened and how can I change the default to
100 percent?

This is far over my head. I cannot understand at all. I am using my
computer at work. Maybe the help desk will correct it, although they are not
always of help. WHY did Word start doing this this week? I never change
templates...wouldn't know how!!
