Hi,
I've been running the Add in presented at http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm and once it works it works perfectly. However, currently I'm not getting the Add In to run despite the fact that I have placed the template in the startup folder. Is there other things I should do to make it work or should I follow a specific process to make it work? Thank you, Bell |

The add-in will NOT be loaded properly if you start Word by any of the
following methods: Double Clicking on a Word document in Windows Explorer or on the desktop Start Microsoft Outlook before starting Word if you have Outlook configured to use Word as the email editor. You must start Word normally for the add-in to be properly loaded. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
