Hello,
Is it possible to merge data in a excel spreadsheet to create a Word form? The data from the spreadsheet will feed the form blanks, I think I am saying this correctly. Thank you all, Susan |

Yes. Instead of inserting form fields, you'd insert merge fields. An Excel
file can be used as a data source just like a Word table. If you need more information on mail merge and data sources, see these articles: How to create a Mail merge http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...AMailMerge.htm Creating a mail merge Data Source http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm -- Suzanne S.
