Default Skip file conversion encoding box when opening UTF-8 file

Dear all ,

I save texts in UTF-8 format (for example , by notepad) .
Everytime , I open those texts in MS Word 2003 , it appears file
conversion encoding , and default selected as UTF-8 . Could I skip this
step? Any marco be able to solve it?

Thanks in advance.

Stanley
