User creates letter and then highlights the address, clicks on Tools/Letters
and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels and the address does not appear in the Delivery Address box. She can copy and paste the address into the Delivery Address box, she can also click on the Address Book and get an address from her contacts, but the normal procedure of creating the letter and then clicking on Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and labels does not show the address from the current, open letter. Had her reboot thinking Word was just cranky on a Monday morning, but that did not do anything. User is using Word 2003 SP-2. Any suggestions? |

Does this occur with every document or just this one?
