Default add increase and decrease decimal buttons to word. possible?

is it possible to add the command buttons in excel for increasing and
decreasing the decimal point into microsoft word toolbars? if so how would
this be done?

No. Numbers inserted into Word are simply text. You could probably arrange
something with vba, but it would be quicker to simply move the decimal
manually.
