Hi ?B?SmVhbmluZQ==?=,
I am trying to set up a form in which we will click off YES or NO answers. Based on a No or Yes answer, we want a certain response to appear on another report. Each question, will have a completely seprate answer. Requires a macro solution. For help with VBA macros, you should ask in a word.vba newsgroup. Be sure to mention the version of Word, in which application the "report" would be, and how you plan to manage the response texts (hard-code them, external file, database...)
