I don't know what happened, I'm now in a world of word style complexity I
want to leave. In my old world, I had 4 pre-defined styles, I used those styles. Those were the only styles in my menu and I was happy. If I modified them, that was fine. In this new world, any change I make to a style results in a new style. So I have dozens of them listed now. I know there's a setting somewhere to turn this off. But word doesn't make finding it easy. I'm slogging through help screen after help screen. Is there any easy way to go back to the old way? (I'm sure the new way is better and I'm preventing myself from realizign all sorts of benefits. But I'm just used to the basic old way where I don't have to scroll to find the header 2 style I created.) Thanks! |
