How do I stop FX from trying to install everytime I start Word?
I click on the word icon and FX starts trying to install. I don't remember
ever trying FX. I click cancel and after what seems like a minute it quits the process. Thank you for any replay. |

How do I stop FX from trying to install everytime I start Word
It's called OfficeFX. I am not sure, I looked it up on google, somthing about
more features. It appears you have to purchase it, at one time it was offered on a trial bases. Only thing I can think of is that some family member tried to download and install. Now the thing asks me for the installation disk or location of OfficeFX setup file. If it's an add-in all you can do is uninstall it. You could try contacting

Solved my problem. Went to windows control --add remove programs and removed
